The App allows users to view past warehouse receipts, compare historical prices to current warehouse prices, and estimate potential savings. The App provides informational estimates only.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App lawfully and responsibly.
- Access only accounts and data you are authorized to use.
- Not misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App.
3. No Affiliation Disclaimer
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Costco Wholesale Corporation or any other retailer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
- Prices and savings estimates may vary.
- Warehouse prices can change at any time.
- Receipt data and displayed results are provided “as is”.
We make no guarantees regarding completeness or accuracy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial losses, missed savings opportunities, data inaccuracies, or App interruptions/errors. Use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, and code are owned by the developer and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if it is misused or if required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
