Warehouse Wallet (“the App”) helps users review past warehouse receipts and compare previously paid prices with current warehouse pricing to identify potential savings. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

a. Data you provide / authorize
- Warehouse receipt data such as purchase dates, item descriptions, prices paid, and warehouse identifiers.
- Authentication tokens generated through an embedded web login, used only to retrieve your own receipt data.
We do not collect usernames or passwords directly.
b. Automatically collected data
- Device type and operating system version.
- Crash reports and performance metrics (if enabled by your system settings).
c. Data we do not collect
- Payment card numbers or bank information.
- Social Security numbers.
- Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera contents.
- Precise location data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
- Retrieve and display your warehouse receipts.
- Compare historical prices to current warehouse prices.
- Calculate potential savings.
- Improve app stability and reliability.
- Provide customer support.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
- Receipt data is stored locally on your device and/or in secure, encrypted storage.
- Authentication tokens are stored using Apple-provided secure APIs (e.g., Keychain).
- We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may communicate with third-party services only at your request to retrieve receipt or pricing data. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Data remains on your device unless you delete it.
- Removing the App deletes locally stored data.
- Tokens expire automatically and can be cleared manually.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location (including California), you may have rights to access your data, request deletion, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@warehousewallet.app.
